Let me introduce you to our wonderful kilt maker! He’s an ex-member of The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and after an incredible military career, he turned his passion towards Social Care, spending the last eleven years as a dedicated care home manager. How amazing is that? Recently, he decided to follow his heart and dive into the world of traditional kilt making. He trained in the lovely city of Edinburgh, honing his skills in this beautiful craft. Now, he puts his heart and soul into creating stunning, handcrafted kilts that truly showcase his keen eye for detail and his love for Scotland’s rich heritage. Isn’t that just brilliant? Each piece he makes carries the true spirit of Scotland, and you can feel that warmth in every stitch!

Outside of her role at SB Kilts, Lorna has a real passion for making a positive impact in the care sector.
